Easley High School Volleyball Holding Flapjack Fundraiser

Fundraiser to help team purchase jerseys.

The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, is proud to partner with the Easley High School Volleyball Team to host a Flapjack Fundraiser on Saturday, August 17, 2013. All proceeds raised will go toward purchasing new jerseys for the upcoming season.

“Volleyball brings many individuals together in order to learn valuable teamwork skills and form an unbreakable team,” said Michael Olander, President and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. “Please lend your support for the Easley High School Volleyball Team as they host a Flapjack Fundraiser on August 17.”

The Easley High School Volleyball fundraiser will be hosted by the Applebee’s restaurant located at 5055 Calhoun Memorial Hwy, Easley, SC, starting at 8 a.m. Tickets for the Flapjack Fundraiser are $5 and can be purchased by contacting Melissa Thomas at (864) 419-6378. Breakfast includes a short stack of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee.

Applebee’s is proud to partner with local nonprofit organizations as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the nonprofit organization with the assistance of Applebee’s employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2 a meal. The Applebee’s Flapjack Fundraisers represent the restaurant chain’s efforts to remain active within its local neighborhood.
