9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: Ordinance Second Reading: Ordinance No. 2011-26 To provide for the adoption of a six single member district reapportionment plan for the City of Easley, such plan providing for a councilmember to be elected from each district, the method of election, and for the submission of such plan to the Attorney General of the United States for review.

Ordinance No. 2011-27 Authorizing the sale of 618 East Main St. Easley, South Carolina, 29640, Tax Map Number 5029-13-14-8477, to Bowers Emergency Services for $75,000

Ordinance No. 2011-28 To annex property along Cardinal Drive and related property providing access and contiguity consisting of approximately 0.016 acres of privately owned real property owned by CCS of Easley, LLC, and adjacent right of way on Cardinal Drive and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (Tax map no. 5039-20-80-1726-portion).

Ordinance No. 2011-25 To annex 4589 Calhoun Memorial Highway and related property providing access and contiguity consisting of approximately 6.06 acres of privately owned real property owned by HRS Properties Of The Upstate, LLC and adjacent right of way on Calhoun Memorial Hwy and right of way on Cardinal Drive and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (TAX MAP NUMBER 5039-16-82-8581).

New Business: (Ordinance First Reading): Ordinance No. 2011-29 To annex 122 Claude Leslie Rd and related property providing access and contiguity consisting of approximately 0.50 acres of privately owned real property owned by Willie Mae Moody Kelly and any adjacent right of way on Claude Leslie Road and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (tax map number 5039-14-33-8010).

Ordinance No. 2011-30 To amend Title VII, Chapter 73, of the Easley Code of Ordinances governing bicycles, skateboards, and toy vehicles within the City of Easley.

11. Resolutions: Resolution No. 2011-17

To endorse a community garden in the City of Easley.

Resolution No. 2011-18 To appoint Annetta Allen to a four year term as Associate Judge for the City of Easley Municipal Court.
