Jacob Frank Strickland, 35, of 404 S. 2nd St., Easley; public disorderly conduct and criminal domestic violence.

Brandi Leigh Massey, 26, of 309 Agnew Road, Greenville; shoplifting third or subsequent offense.

Charles Washington III, 33, of 107 Gayle St., Piedmont; shoplfiting third or subsequent offense.

James C. Weber, 23, of 1225 Norris Highway, Central; three bench warrants.
