It's hard to believe, but summer is winding down and it's less than a month until Pickens County students return to school.
Students' first day of school for the 2013-2014 school year is August 20.
The School District of Pickens County has set registration and Meet the Teacher dates for its elementary, middle and high schools.
Meet the Teacher day and registration for all elementary schools will be Thursday, August 15 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Registration times for middle and high schools vary by school and by grade.
