Hi Carole,
According to Tom Cooke, Director of Administrative Services, residents are permitted to bring pets to the emergency shelter. There is, however, no policy about pets at the warming centers. If a resident needs a place to warm up with their pet during a cold snap, contact the Social Services Dept. and they will make arrangements for you. -

That's correct. The Storify widget does not work on phones but it does work on the iPad. I'm not certain about other tablets.
