UPDATED: Panel Reopens Haley Ethics Probe; Haley Responds

Panel will look into accusations that governor illegally lobbied while serving in legislature.

On Wednesday evening, Haley responded via her Facebook page:  "It's a shame that South Carolina's backwards political system is once again failing the people and that politics are trumping the law. Haley promises to be "be open and honest" ... like she did when deleted all the public record emails from her office pertaining to donations and schemes about the Savannah port?
