Funeral Services Announced for C. Dan Joyner

Local realtor died on Sunday following an illness

Funeral services for C. Dan Joyner, 74, of Greenville will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church of Greenville in the church sanctuary. A private burial will follow. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. on Tuesday in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church. Joyner died on Sunday, Jan. 8, 2012 following a brief illness. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Katherine "Kat" Poole Joyner; daughters, Beth Joyner Crigler and her husband, David and Lynn Joyner Freemon; a son, Carey Dan "Danny" Joyner and his wife, Polly; ten grandchildren, Alex and Ellis Crigler, Carmen and Will Feemster and Ginny Crigler, Katy and Will Freemon, Dan, Maggie and Mary Frances Joyner; and two great grandchildren, "Bo" Crigler and …

Upstate realtor, businessman and community leader C. Dan Joyner died on Sunday after a brief illness.
