Delaware State ends its season with a 65-55 overtime loss to Florida A&M in the quarterfinals of the Mid-East Athletic Conference Tournament. No. 3 tournament see Delaware State trailed 33-25 at the half. The Hornets pulled ahead for the first time in the second half, 42-41, on a jumper by Easley native Tahj Tate with 10:43 left in regulation. Tate, who was named 2011-12 MEAC Rookie-of-the-Year earlier this week, led his team with 18 points.
