The following arrest information was provided by the Easley Police Department. Arrests do not indicate a conviction. Christy Michelle Chappell, 34, of Easley was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with public disorderly conduct. Stanley L. Owens, 46, of Easley was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with failure to comply with police. John Gilbert Miller, 40, of Easley was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with a breach of trust of a motor vehicle. James Paul Lair, 56, of Easley was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with public disorderly conduct. Antwon Marcees Rogers, 24, of Greenville was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with an existing bench warrant.
