SO I have just discovered that TALK UNLIMITED IS CRAP! I paid for my service Tuesday night and cant get signal to even use it. So whats their solution? To spend even more money to buy a memory card bc they want to reprogram and delete everything on my phone. So I ask for my money back since i paid for service I haven't even been able to get or lose all my memories on my phone....nope cant do that. So, you can rip me off instead? Might I also add that ever since December when I got the phone for Christmas, the first phone I had to return bc of no signal, and then I had the same problem every month with dropped calls quite frequently even though I live 5 minutes from the store. The answer every single time: we are working on towers, be patient. I have been patient with this 9 months now and for putting up towers for that long your service still sucks that bad? WOW I also pay for 200 minutes roaming every month but can never make a call when it is roaming. So beware consumers! As long as they get your money and process your payment they are done with you.
