Been shopping here for years.......BUT no longer! I am tired of getting the run around from the employees and the boss..... since Petsmart cam to town I have been able to find my dog food and my reptile stuff much cheaper. The staff at Petsmart are awesome.

Bought a reptile heater from this store assuming it would work and it didnt and of course I had already thrown the receipt away. It does have something defective within the product. Called store. Spoke to Cody. Without a receipt I couldnt get my money back, but he suggested if I can find $30 worth of merchandise to exchange for he could do that, as I had already purchased a different heater from another store. Long story short, I get all my pet supplies there from dog to turtle and have no problem finding something else I could use from SR so Cody worked it out. I will continue shopping and just know, they have great customer service.
