Nice clean restaurant with some real problems with their food. The grilled chicken sandwich I ordered was wet and soggy. The bun was falling apart. I complained to the manager, waited 5 minutes for another sandwich. I was given a box of chicken nuggets instead. When I told them I wanted another grilled chicken sandwich they wanted me to pay for it. I will never go back to this Chick-Fil-A again. Really bad food and bad service.

I love Chick-fil-a, but not this restaurant. I ordered the Chick-fil-a sandwich with extra pickles at the drive thru. The chicken was not fully cooked and was almost raw in the middle. I went inside to tell them and they gave me another half cooked sandwich. Anytime I want Chick-fil-a I will go to Clemson or Greenville, but not Easley.
