9Round members complete a 30-minute kickboxing circuit designed to develop muscles and strengthen the core. Each round is three minutes long, with a 30-second active rest period between rounds. But don't be fooled by "rest"—you aren't really relaxing! Clients may be holding a squat, a plank, or doing crunches or jumping jacks. The first workout is free.

  • Hours: Mon - Thu, 8am - 1pm and 3:30pm - 8pm; Fri, 8am - 1pm and 3:30pm - 6:30pm; Sat, 8am - 1pm; Sun, closed
  • Handicap Accessible: Handicapped parking spaces are available.
  • Payments accepted: Cash, Debit Card, Visa
  • Parking: Free lot
  • Services: Cardio training, Endurance, Strength training
