9Round members complete a 30-minute kickboxing circuit designed to develop muscles and strengthen the core. Each round is three minutes long, with a 30-second active rest period between rounds. But don't be fooled by "rest"—you aren't really relaxing! Clients may be holding a squat, a plank, or doing crunches or jumping jacks. The first workout is free.
