An upcoming event gives women a chance to get tips from Clemson University coaching staff, have a behind the scenes look at Tiger football and meet Gov. Nikki Haley, all while raising money for breast cancer prevention and research.
The 2012 Dabo Swinney Ladies Clinic, sponsored by Dabo’s All In Team Foundation and AnMed Health, will be held Saturday, July 21.
This year’s clinic will feature “Lady Legends of Clemson.”
Attendees will receive instruction from Clemson coaches, go behind the scenes with the football program with a tour the West Zone facility, including the Tiger weight room, locker room, team meeting room and Death Valley.
Gov. Nikki Haley and former CBS newscaster Jane Robelot, both Clemson alumni, are participating in this year’s clinic.
The all-day event will also include a lunch provided by Wendy’s, shopping with Clemson Tiger vendors, special guest speakers and entertainment, a silent and live auction and a meet and greet photo with Coach Swinney.
Check-in begins at 7:30am at Littlejohn Coliseum and the program kicks off at 9am and concludes at 4pm in Death Valley.
Registration is $60. Dabo’s All In Team Foundation will match $15 of each registration fee. Proceeds will go toward breast cancer prevention and research.
Last year’s clinic raised over $24,000, which was donated to Susan G. Komen and AnMed Health
