SWU Gift Benefits Reading Program at Bobo Elementary

Gift will allow Spartanburg school to purchase books for their reading program

Southern Wesleyan University’s Greenville Education Center presented $1,125 to Jesse S. Bobo Elementary School in Spartanburg to purchase books for their reading program.

The program, aimed at fourth- and fifth-graders, consists of a reading tournament that generates excitement about reading while helping students improve reading comprehension.
