Own the Night

The theme for this year’s Teen Summer Reading Program is “Own the Night”.  All teens are invited to sign up for the Summer Reading Program at any library branch location.  When you sign up, you’ll receive a reading log and an awesome drawstring backpack.  Keep track of how much you read and earn prizes all summer long.  All teens that complete the Summer Reading Program will be entered into a drawing for an MP3 player!  Also don’t miss out on the programs that we’ll have planned just for teens.  The following free events will be held at the Hampton Memorial Library in Easley:

Frankenstein’s Twisted Toys

Tuesday, June 26 at 3:30pm

Hampton Memorial Library, Easley

Break it, remake it, take it!  Join us in crafting nightmarish creatures from old toys and found objects.  For inspiration, in the background we’ll be showing the classic 1931 film “Frankenstein”.
