    Ordinance No. 2011-29

    To annex 122 Claude Leslie Rd and related property providing access and                      contiguity consisting of approximately 0.50 acres of privately owned real property owned by Willie Mae Moody Kelly and any adjacent right of way on Claude Leslie Road and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (tax map number 5039-14-33-8010).

Ordinance No. 2011-30

To amend Title VII, Chapter 73, of the Easley Code of Ordinances governing bicycles, skateboards, and toy vehicles within the City of Easley.

Ordinance No. 2011-31

To annex 4867 Calhoun Memorial Highway and related property providing access and contiguity consisting approximately 2.680 acres of privately owned real property owned by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustees of Freeman 123, FLP and adjacent right-of-way on Calhoun Memorial Highway and to provide a zoning designation of General Commercial (Tax Map Number 5039-19-61-1651– portion).

Ordinance No. 2011-32

To amend Title XIII, General Offenses, of the Easley Code of Ordinances to add section 134.07 “Bath Salts and Synthetic Marijuana”.

10.   New Business: (Ordinance First Reading):

Ordinance No. 2011-33

To re-zone approximately 12.002 acres of real property located on the East side of Beverly Drive from General Residential-2 Conditional, to General Residential-2 (tax map number 5029-65-17-7623)

11.  Resolutions:

Resolution No. 2011-19

To award a permitting and construction administration contract to Florence & Hutchinson in the amount of $37,500 for the Couch Lane Multi-Use path project.  

Resolution No. 2011-20

Endorsing a work environment free of recognized hazards through the establishment and implementation of loss control policies and procedures, and their subsequent amendments and additions, designed to provide protection to city employees, public and private property, and members of the public.
