Fundraiser proceeds will help team purchase new uniforms

The Apple Gold Group, a franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bar, is proud to have partnered with Easley High School Volleyball to raise over $1,300 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser. All proceeds will be donated to continuing improving the volleyball program of Easley High School with the investment of new uniforms.

The Easley High School Volleyball Team fundraiser was hosted on August 17, 2013, at the Applebee’s restaurant located at 5055 Calhoun Memorial Hwy., Easley, SC. The organization sold 241 tickets throughout the community with an additional $441 in donations. Breakfast included a short stack of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee.

Applebee’s is proud to partner with local nonprofit organizations as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the nonprofit organization with the assistance of Applebee’s employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2 a meal.
