Stress reduction for adults and teens

Stress Reduction Through Mindfulness workshop with Terry Maluk. Join Terry as she introduces mindfulness techniques of the body and breath as a form of stress reduction. 

Whether the source of stress is work, home or school, learn how to consciously manage the manifestation of stress symptoms in your body and mind.  This workshop is appropriate for adults, high school and college-aged students.

Workshop is 6-8 pm on Friday, 3/28/14
$20 per person.
