Today there will be a Keyboarding Class starting at 10 a.m. At 1 p.m. they will hold a second class on Microsoft Word basics, a must for any workplace. If you're a pickle-lover than you should already be aware, but National Pickle Day is today! Celebrate the Pickle this evening at Hampton Memorial Library in Easley. Check out the amazing Electric Pickle, learn about key moments in pickle history, make pickle crafts, and of course sample some pickles! The celebration starts at 6:30 p.m.
Easley City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting at 7 tonight. On the agenda this evening will be a second reading of a few city annexations. The council will also give a second reading to the ordinance to ban bath salts and synthetic marijuana, seek to approve a resolution to award a city contract for the construction of the Couch Lane multi-use path, and to approve a resolution regarding workplace safety.
