Jersey Mike's Subs Opens Wednesday

Made to order sub sandwiches now being served in Easley Town Center shopping area

Fresh everyday. That's what the general manager wants you to know about the quality of food being served at in Easley.

The new sub shop will open its doors for the first time on Wednesday.

"Everything is sliced fresh each morning," said Ryan Mowrey, general manager of Jersey Mike's. "The tomatoes, the onions and the lettuce are all sliced fresh and the breads are baked fresh each morning."

Mowrey said adding to the freshness of the bread and the vegetables, the sandwich makers slice the meat as it's ordered for each sandwich.

Mowrey, who moved to the area a few months ago from Raleigh, said that Easley was a great place to cultivate Jersey Mike's growing business.

"It's a nice little town," Mowrey said. "We were very impressed with how the folks take care of their restaurants and the businesses in the area."

Mowrey said he is excited about the opportunity for growth that he sees in the area and excited to be a part of a thriving business community.

"Easley is a great community and it looks like it is growing," Mowrey said. "Minutes from Greenville, Spartanburg and Anderson, Easley itself can only grow to be a stronger community. We are excited to be here."

For the grand opening of the business, Jersey Mike's will partner with Easley High School. With a Jersey Mike's coupon, which they supplied to the school, and $1, students can try out a sandwich and help their school at the same time.

Mowrey said that Jersey Mike's is a company that likes to give back to the community. He said it didn't take long to learn that partnering with Easley High School as a local charity would be a success.

"Anyone involved with Easley athletics is like a mini superstar in this community," Mowrey said. "We look forward to being a part of this community and in helping to support local schools."

Jersey Mike's will be open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.

Call-in, online and walk-in are ways to place your orders at the sub shop.
