Verlon Thompson Concert to Benefit Dacusville Community Center

Country music singer/songwriter to perform Saturday at former Dacusville Elementary School, now the site of the Dacusville Community Center.

Dacusville Community Club is excited to welcome award-winning Nashville country music singer/songwriter, Verlon Thompson, for a concert at 7:00 P.M. on  Saturday, October 5.  

In addition to touring for many years with Guy Clark, Verlon Thompson compositions have been recorded by a diverse group of performers:   Dierks Bentley, Jimmy Buffett, Alan Jackson, Anne Murray, The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Kenny Rogers, Randy Travis, Del McCoury, Sam Bush, Trisha Yearwood and many more.

The concert is a benefit and will be held at the former Dacusville Elementary School, now site of the Dacusville Community Center.

Plans are to have a fitness center, library satellite, and meeting space for community events. 

Seating is limited for this All Ages/No Alcohol show.  For tickets or more information, call (864) 859-3382 or (864) 270-1599.  TIckets are $15.00 in advance or $20.00 at door (cash only).  Refreshments will be available.
