September Events Set at the T. Ed Garrison Arena

Events include Horse Show and Medieval Tournament of Games

SCQHA Horse Show
Sept. 13-15
4 p.m. Friday, 8 a.m. Saturday and Sunday
Roping and cutting horses, plus a full slate of American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) classes

Medieval Tournament of Games
Sept. 17 from 6 to 11 p.m.
Jousting games begin at 6 p.m. with main jousting event at 6:30 p.m. featuring the world-famous Knights of the Guild East, real jousting knights on warhorses in extreme action. Joust For Fun is a Rotary-sponsored fundraising event to support character education for local school children.

Buck Brannaman Horsemanship Clinic
Sept. 20-23 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Horsemanship clinic teaches people how to work with their horses from the horse’s perspective and in a way that will keep horse and handler safe.
