I finally took the plunge.
I'm usually a scattered, covered and diced man - that's cheese and tomatoes on my hash browns on Waffle House lingo.
But tonight I went all the way - all of the above plus smothered, chunked, peppered, capped, topped and country. That's onions, ham, jalapeño peppers, mushrooms, chili and sausage gravy. And I'm starving so I got a large order.
It looks amazing.
