DESCRIPTION:The Pickens County Library System is partnering with United W
 ay and Americorps to provide FREE Money Smart Classes\, taught by a trai
 ned Americorps member at the Hampton Memorial Library in Easley. The Mon
 ey Smart curriculum\, developed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corpora
 tion (FDIC)\, strives to help individuals enhance their financial skills
  and create positive banking relationships.&nbsp\; Topics will include: 
 bank services\, consumer rights\, credit\, loans\, savings\, home owners
 hip\, and financial recovery. There will be one course geared specifical
 ly for teens (17 and under)\, and another course for adults (18 and up).
 \nThe Money Smart series for teens will be held on Tuesdays at 4pm\, beg
 inning May 15 and running through June 5. All classes are at the Hampton
  Memorial Library in Easley and are free and open to the public.&nbsp\;
