A special meeting of the Pickens County Registration & Elections Commission will be held Monday April 16^th  2012 at 5:30pm in the Board Room inside the Pickens County Administration Facility.

The following items are on the agenda:

I. Welcome and Call to Order by Chairperson June Bowers

II. Invocation

III. Approval of Minutes

IV. Public Comment

This is an opportunity for citizens to come before the Commission with various issues. Citizens who wish to speak during the public comment period do not have to register or signup in advance. Each person is limited to 5-minutes of speaking time. Maximum total public comment time is 20 minutes.

VIII. Motion period for old and new business

a. Old Business

1.  Consider revising the polling locations list for the 2012 Precinct Reorganization project and officially submitting this list of locations to the Pickens County Legislative Delegation for approval.
