This Saturday, South Carolina will play a key role in the election of the net President of the United States. Yesterday, January 18th, one of the candidates came to Easley, and spoke to a crowd that literally overran Mutt's BBQ. There was almost NO news media coverage of the event. Because I was there, I recorded what he had to say. I decided to set up the audio and make it available, but because Youtube limits us to 15 minutes, and Facebook has a 20 minute limit, I have placed it on my own server. He spoke for about 30 minutes and if you would like to hear what he had to say, click the link in thi post. This is a Windows Media file (.WMV)

Are you serious? Gingrich is quiet possibly the least moral and unethical contender for the GOP nomination. I suspect the main reason Gingrich is resonating so strongly with christian evangelicals here in the upstate is because about 50% of them still believe Obama is a dyed in the wool Muslim, and that he was actually born in Africa, or elsewhere in the middle east. They don't love Gingrich. They hate Obama. Besides, all that is necessary to get the evangelicals screaming your name is to get behind a pulpit/podium, start screaming God while you are sweating, and you've got these rednecks eating out of your hand. Gingrich is neither moral, nor conservative and should be laughed out of the political forum. Most Easley folk think Obama is evil. They think Gingrich is the man to out debate Obama.
