Forest Woods is an Easley subdivision within a stone's throw of the new Easley High School building.  It includes 28 homes, all on 1/2 to 3/4 acre lots, with tax values from $88,800 to 131,100.  Most of the homes were built in the early 80's and range from 1006 to 1620 square feet (per tax records).  Nothing has sold in Forest Woods in several years - when people buy there, they tend to stay there.  

It is a quaint neighborhood with no HOA, and no need for one.  Neighbors often organize block parties where everyone brings food to share and a lawn chair, and enjoys getting to know one another.  Come drive through Forest Woods, especially if you plan to have a child at the new high school soon, and see what you've been missing!  It's located off Hwy 8 - just across from the new high school turn onto McCue Street.
