5 things you need to know about Easley on Tuesday, Dec. 26, 2011.

 

Good morning Easley, today is Tuesday, Dec. 27, 2011 and there are now just 4 days left in 2011.

Today's Weather: Better pack that umbrella today, there's rain in the forecast according to the National Weather Service daily forecast. Showers are expected mainly before 2 p.m., otherwise it will be mostly cloudy with the afternoon temperature reaching a high of 49 degrees.

Tonight: The clouds will begin to dissipate this evening leaving skies mostly clear tonight. The overnight low will dip to around 32 degrees.

The Pickens County Cancer Association is holding its morning Breast Cancer Support Group meeting this morning. The meeting will be held at 10 a.m. at 444 Hampton Ave., Suite B.  This support group is for people who have recently been diagnosed, going through treatment, or are in recovery.  The group is led by Brenda Trent, LPCI. Swing by Hampton Library for Preschool Storytime. Join other parents and children for stories, songs, and flannel board stories at 10:30 a.m. each Tuesday at the Hampton Memorial Library in Easley.
