Today's Weather, Job Fair and a Geek Festival

Good morning Easley, today is Tuesday, March 6, 2012, and there are now 300 days left in the year.

Today's Weather: Grab a jacket on your way out this morning. Calm winds between 4 and 7 mph and lots of sunshine with a with a high of 58.

Tonight: Clear with a low of 36. Winds will light.

MAU Workforce Solutions announced on the company's website that it will hold a job fair from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 4 p.m. today in Liberty Center/One-Stop located at 317 Summit Drive in Liberty. Read our story.

A Geek Festival will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the Capt. Kimberly Hampton Memorial Library. Teens come dressed in your dorkiest outfit and participate in a Rubik’s Cube challenge, virtual petting zoo, technological relics showcase, worst dressed contest, Dynamite dance contest.
