Haley to Join Romney in Greenville Thursday for Private Fundraiser
It's the Republican presidential candidate's first visit since the January primary.
Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is expected to make his first stop in the Palmetto state since the January primary.
The Romney campaign could not be reached for comment or details on the event.
Romney is not expected to make any public appearances.
South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is expected to attend the event, according to Rob Godfrey, a spokesperson for the governor's office.
“There are few things more important to South Carolina’s future than a new occupant of the White House, and now that the legislative session is over, Gov. Haley will do anything and everything she can to help elect Mitt Romney," Godfrey said.

It's obvious... Romney comes to Greenville to raise money and will see only the rich and those that pay thousands to support him. HE WILL NOT MAKE A PUBLIC APPEARANCE. Nikki Haley will be there "brown nosing" hoping to get some points in. Can't these stupid Republicans in South Carolina see that Romney doesn't give a "hoot" about them, if they can't give him money. SC right wingers are some of the most stupid people on earth.
