Readers' Choice: Name Your Favorite Pizza Place

We have relaunched our Readers' Choice contest with dozens of new categories, including pizza.

Thick crust, thin crust, deep dish or Sicilian, oven-fired, hand-tossed, sauce, no sauce and an endless list of toppings.

There are a lot of decisions that go into making the “Best Pizza” in town.

Everyone has a favorite place to pick up a favorite pie!

Patch is looking for local, hometown pizza parlors making the dough and worthy of the title, “Best Pizza,” contest as Patch unveils its Readers’ Choice.

Just log in and post your vote in the comments section below. You may nominate multiple places, but please post each nomination in a separate comment so we can make sure they are all counted. Your nominee must be in Easley, Mauldin or Taylors to be eligible.

Nominations are due by July 9.

Voting for Readers’ Choice 2012 will begin in late July and winners will be announced in August.

I'm voting for Michael's too! It's funny, even after working there for years before I got into journalism, every time I eat there, I still study the menu like it was my first time. There's so much great stuff to choose from!

Jon's, a newcomer on E. Butler next to the Buttercream Bakehouse, is awesome. Heaping, NY style slices and the best garlic knots around! http://patch.com/L-sBWL
