Readers' Choice: Name Your Favorite Nail Salon

We have relaunched our Readers' Choice contest with dozens of new categories, including clothing.

Pampering oneself is a good thing!

No, Martha Stewart didn’t say that, but many women who visit a local nail salon would.

After a hard day at the office, the house or just to help your mood, a manicure or pedicure can be just the thing to brighten your day.

It’s sandal weather and many women are flocking to nail salons for a pedicure! Who wants to show off cute shoes, without your toes looking pretty too!

And let’s not forget the relaxation it provides. Most nail technicians take a few minutes to massage your hands and feet, while they make them look pretty too!

Have a great salon that you frequent? Do they have great service? Great prices?

We want to hear all about them!

Nominate it to be part of our “Best Nail Salon,” as Patch unveils its Readers' Choice.

Just log in and post your vote in the comments section below. You may nominate multiple places, but please post each nomination in a separate comment so we can make sure they are all counted. Your nominee must be in Easley, Mauldin or Taylors to be eligible.

Nominations are due by July 9.

Voting for Readers’ Choice 2012 will begin in late July and winners will be announced in August.

I always went to Super Nails by Publix (years!). I took my niece for her first pedicure in May. She accidentally dropped and broke a bottle of used nail polish. They just asked us not to touch it because of the glass. After our pedicure, they old me they charged me 10.00 for the broken polish. I wish they would have told me before the pedicure and I would have paid and left. I have given them 8 years of service. I will never go back! Also the last few times I had gone, the service was not up to par. They even over charged me once. Im looking forward to finding a new place to go! Polished in Greenville is awesome, but far from Easley!

I never visit them. Once you read about all the carcinogens in nail polish you want to avoid it. I quit when I realized that it might be ending up in food I was preparing to feed my family with.

Ok I'm back! Just went to Polished on Woodfuff Rd. it is by far the best Nail Salon in the upstate! They have 4 different levels of pedicures (from basic to pampered). The people interacted with you and we're happy! I had hot stone massage added and it was awesome! I had been there before for my friends birthday. It is the Ritz Carlton of Salons!!
