Readers' Choice: Name Your Best Cheap Eats

We have relaunched our Readers' Choice contest with dozens of new categories, including cheap places to eat.

Eating out can get very expensive, especially if you have a large family.

Most people are looking for food with great flavor, good-sized portions and satisfying to the palette without a huge price tag.

Looking for cheap eats around town? Where do you find them? What do you get? And most importantly, how cheap is it?

Nominate your favorite restaurant to be part of our “Best Place for Cheap Eats,”
as Patch unveils its Readers' Choice.

Just log in and post your vote in the comments section below. You may nominate multiple places, but please post each nomination in a separate comment so we can make sure they are all counted. Your nominee must be in Easley, Mauldin or Taylors to be eligible.

Nominations are due by July 9.

Voting for Readers’ Choice 2012 will begin in late July and winners will be announced in August.

For cheap (and tasty) eats I love the Mauldin Deli on Laurens Rd. The artichoke focaccia is a must-have.
