Graham Denies Leaking Classified Info at Easley Rotary
After disclosing the number of people killed by U.S. drone strikes, Sen. Lindsey Graham says information was not a military secret.
Sen. Lindsey Graham (SC-R) is under scrutiny after comments he made at an Easley Rotary Club meeting Tuesday.
Graham told Easley Rotarians that he supported the US drone program, and it is his belief that it should be able to continue without judicial oversight.
“We've killed 4,700,” Graham said. “Sometimes you hit innocent people, and I hate that, but we're at war, and we've taken out some very senior members of Al-Qaeda.”
On Wednesday, Graham told CNN's Dana Bash that the figure he quoted was based on media reports, not U.S. Intelligence.

Why can't the US government admit how many people it's murdered? What do they think will happen if people found out? Certainly Americans aren't going to do anything about it. Besides which who in the world doesn't know the US is waging an open ended drone bombing campaign, and what was the result supposed to be?
And how appropriate was it to kill 4,700 people because of what 19 men did 11 years ago?

Right, 3000 American lives should just be forgotten about. We should leave the Muslims alone and not worry about the next attack.
